Toad Hall is a thriving on campus residence with a diverse community and a history of successful alumni. Among its 227 residents, roughly 35 countries are represented in the cohort of ‘Toadies.’  

It is unsurprising that Toad Hall’s biggest event of the year is its annual Multicultural Festival. With Toad Hall also celebrating its 50th anniversary, there is no doubt that this year’s bash will be bigger than ever. 

“It’s a free event which is very exciting. You will see performances from different countries. It is a great opportunity to witness the diverse cultures that other residencies may not have,” says senior resident Garry da Gama.

Third Storey follows the cast and crew of a promising feature film inside an underwhelming suburban home. A new order emerges, alliances shift and egos shatter — all while the house’s neglected third storey looms over their heads.

Experience the spellbinding artistry of the Esmé Quartet, a German-based, South Korean ensemble whose rise to prominence began with a monumental win at London’s Wigmore Hall in 2018. Esmé comes from the medieval French word for ‘beloved’. Be among the first to discover why everyone loves Esmé.

Join a seminar by Janeen Baxter, Director of the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Children and Families over the Life Course, at the . The presentation will examine the impact of the pandemic on gender inequality in Australia, using data from an ongoing household panel study to assess changes in men's and women's time spent on paid and unpaid work.

The late Deborah Bird Rose is a renowned anthropologist and environmental humanities scholar. Her book Dreaming Ecology explores a holistic understanding of the interconnections of people, country, kinship, creation and the living world within a context of mobility. It offers a telling critique of the loss of Indigenous life, human and non-human, in the wake of white settler colonialism and this becoming ‘cattle country’. 

This is a flagship title book launch for ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵPress.

This project will continue well into 2026, with a goal of standardising ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵlearning space technology and enhancing the functionality and user experience to a global standard, if not better. This directory is designed to allow staff to see organisational structures in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and to improve the ability to find vacant position numbers for recruitment requests. For further information please visit the page, where you can also submit any suggestions to further enhance our HR systems. 

Mark your calendars – (RP+) will be open for preview on 3 June 2024.  

From this date, researchers will be able to review their profile and publication data and make any required changes before the launch of RP+ at the end of June. 

RP+ will replace the ARIES Publications module, the Researchers Pages, the CAP PURE Pilot and the CASS publications web tool.
