📚 Announcements from the ACT Government

New PhD scholarship and research awards

The ACT Government is partnering with the ƵPopulation Health Exchange (PHXchange) to fund a PhD scholarship and two research awards. Launched on campus by Suzanne Orr MLA and members of the Community and Expert Reference Group (CERG), the scholarship is open to applicants from all disciplines and closes on 18 October.

A COVID-19 Hardship Isolation Payment for workers experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic has been created to support Canberrans who are unable to temporarily work under a COVID-19 direction or health guidance. Workers will be eligible payments of up to $1,500 depending on an individual’s circumstances.

Would you like to contribute valuable information to help us understand the impacts and extent of food insecurity experienced by Ƶstudents? The University need Ƶstudents over the age of 18 years to participant in a study on food insecurity. You do not need to have experienced food insecurity to participate – we are looking for a general community sample of Ƶstudents aged 18+.

It is essential you do not share your Zoom meeting details and passwords with anyone not invited to the meeting/webinar. If you use Zoom, please read this security reminder.
